1. About these terms

This shop sells jewelry under the name Helen, Hope & Hazel. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Helen, Hope & Hazel.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

2. Using our shop

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Please do not misuse the shop. That means no unlawful use, no attempts to break into or harm the website, and no copying of our content for commercial use.

We may refuse or cancel an order, or block access to the shop, if we believe it is being misused.

3. Our jewelry

Our pieces are made by hand, so small differences in color, hammer marks and pattern from one piece to the next are normal. Screens can show colors a little differently from real life. Where a piece includes stones, crystals, magnets or another metal, the product page says so.

Pure copper darkens to a natural patina over time. This is normal for bare copper and is not a defect. Our care guide shows how to polish it back.

Our jewelry is sold as jewelry. We make no medical claims about it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. During our Closure Sale, the sale price is shown on each piece. The bundle discount is added automatically in your bag: 20% off when you buy 2 pieces, 25% off for 3 pieces and 30% off for 4 or more.

We work hard to keep prices and descriptions correct. If we make a mistake that affects your order, we will contact you before it ships and let you choose to go ahead or cancel for a full refund.

Because we are retiring, stock is limited. If a piece sells out after you order it, we will let you know and refund you for that piece in full.

5. Shipping

We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free and tracked on every order. Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 8 to 15 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Wear your piece for 30 days. If you don't love it, send it back for a full refund. Email us first, and we will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label for US orders. We refund you within 5 business days of receiving your return, with no restocking fee. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Our content

The text, photos and designs on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you allow us to use it on our website and in our marketing. Please make sure it is your own and does not break any law or anyone else's rights.

9. Other websites

Our shop may link to other websites, such as a payment provider or a shipping carrier. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms and our policies. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the shop or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, govern these terms. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms now and then. The version on this page on the day you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
