Shipping Policy

Every order ships free, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. Here is what happens after you check out.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We are not able to send orders to other countries.

How long it takes

• Packing: your order is packed within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: it arrives in 8 to 15 business days.
• Cost: free on every order, with no minimum.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is on its way, we email you a tracking number, so you can see where your parcel is at every step. Sometimes the first tracking update takes a little while to appear. That is normal.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to fix it before your order is packed.

If your order seems late

If 15 business days have passed and your order still has not arrived, email us at support@helenhopehazel.com with your order number. We will look into it and help you sort it out.
